This month, I decided to visit five new companies by Christmas and made some appointments, have visited three companies so far.
The result of the first company was...they were not interested in my service for the time being.
The result of the second company was ... I was completely knocked out.
The person in charge coldly turned me down because I said one word too many.
Well, I failed in the conversation.
I had such a failure after a long time.
It was enough cold outside, but I felt even colder.
Oh well, it can't be helped.
Failure is part of it if you take any action.
I'm a human after all.
This experience surely is significant.
In this way, I encouraged myself to get over it.
The result of the third company was ... they don't need my service right now but may use it in the future.
And, this thought suddenly came to me.
It's very important to have "a balance between calmness and passion" to be a sales representative.
Of course, I need a passion to do it first.
However, I should act with calmness.
If my emotions are too strong or having too much expectation every time I visit a new company and it doesn't go well, I would be depressed and won't be able to take the next step.
As long as I keep acting, I will certainly get results sooner or later.
So the key is to get rid of my emotions and act continuously.
It's like a game, with enjoyment.
Let's go with smile for future customers who are (I hope) waiting for me.
